Shipping Policy

Destinations
We currently ship laboratory research materials within the United States. We may decline to ship to a destination where we are not satisfied that supply is consistent with our Terms of Sale, and destination restrictions may be applied at our discretion. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm that receipt and use of a research material is lawful at the destination and for the intended laboratory work.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of order acceptance. Orders containing a material subject to purchaser verification or compliance review are not prepared for shipment until that review is complete. Tracking information is sent by email once a shipment is dispatched.
Packaging and shipment integrity
Research materials are packaged to protect container integrity and the analytical condition of the material in transit. On receipt, hold the material under the storage conditions stated for it on its catalog entry and in the applicable Certificate of Analysis.
Storage and handling information relates solely to preserving the analytical integrity of the laboratory material. It is not administration, preparation-for-use, or clinical guidance, and BioFunction Labs does not provide such guidance.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives with damaged packaging or containers, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the order number and photographs of the packaging as received, so we can investigate with the carrier. Claims are evaluated on shipment integrity, product identity and packaging condition — see the Refund Policy.
