Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of materials from BioFunction Labs. By accessing this site, submitting a research purchaser profile, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

By using this site or placing an order, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are accessing this site and purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes, not for personal use.

Purchaser represents that it is a bona fide organization engaged in lawful laboratory research, and that the person placing the order is authorized to purchase on the organization’s behalf where verification is required.

Where a material requires purchaser verification, the order must be placed from an account with a research purchaser profile, and BioFunction Labs may require that profile to be approved before the order is accepted. See Research Purchasing Requirements.

Products are supplied solely for lawful laboratory research. Products may not be:

• administered to humans
• administered to animals
• used for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of disease
• compounded or dispensed as drugs
• incorporated into food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or any product for personal use
• resold, transferred or distributed for any of the uses above

BioFunction Labs does not provide:

• dosing information
• injection or administration instructions
• reconstitution-for-administration instructions
• clinical, medical or veterinary advice of any kind

Storage and handling information supplied with a material relates solely to preserving its analytical integrity as a laboratory reagent.

Purchaser may not sell, transfer, distribute or dropship products for any prohibited use. This includes resale to consumers, supply for administration at a medspa, clinic or other treatment setting, supply for pharmacy compounding or dispensing, and relabelling or repackaging as a medication or therapeutic product.

Where resale or onward distribution is contemplated, it must be disclosed and approved in advance through an institutional account, and the purchaser is responsible for imposing equivalent restrictions on its own customers.

BioFunction Labs may request documentation about the purchasing organization, the authorized purchaser, or the intended laboratory use, and may refuse, suspend, hold or cancel any order based on compliance concerns. An order placed for a material subject to manual review is recorded and held for review rather than processed automatically.

We may decline or cancel an order where the stated or apparent intended use is inconsistent with laboratory research.

Product quality statements are limited to the actual tests and specifications shown in the applicable lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, using the analytical methods expressly stated in it.

No representation is made that materials supplied are:

• pharmaceutical grade
• clinical grade
• injectable grade
• sterile, endotoxin-tested or pyrogen-free, unless that specific test is identified and its result reported
• approved for human or veterinary use

Except as stated in the applicable Certificate of Analysis, materials are supplied “as is” for laboratory research, and no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is given.

Returns and quality claims are evaluated on shipment integrity, product identity, packaging condition, and conformity with the applicable lot-specific analytical specification. Claims are not evaluated on therapeutic effect, clinical outcome, or personal use. See the Refund Policy.

Customers are free to publish honest reviews and public statements about their experience with BioFunction Labs, including negative ones. Nothing in these terms restricts, conditions, or penalizes a truthful review, and we do not require non-disparagement as a condition of purchase, refund or account status.

Where we host customer feedback, we may decline to publish material that describes human or veterinary administration, dosing, or other use inconsistent with the permitted use above — a limit on what we publish about product use, not on a customer’s right to describe their own experience elsewhere.

Anyone promoting BioFunction Labs materials under an affiliate, referral, reseller or other promotional arrangement must not:

• make human-use, veterinary-use, therapeutic, disease or medical claims
• provide dosing, injection, administration or reconstitution-for-administration instructions
• describe personal use, cycles, stacks, or self-administration
• publish personal transformation or before/after content
• make weight, body-composition or performance claims
• compare the materials with, or present them as a substitute for, any prescription drug product
• encourage self-administration or any other prohibited use

BioFunction Labs may suspend or terminate any promotional arrangement for conduct inconsistent with these restrictions.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Information submitted for purchaser verification must be accurate and kept current.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing error, or inability to verify the representations above. Accepted payment methods are as indicated at checkout.

BioFunction Labs may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where credible evidence shows use, intended use, or onward supply inconsistent with the permitted use above.

Content on this site — text, graphics, logos and documentation — is the property of BioFunction Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party names appearing in a legal or informational context are the trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is descriptive and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, equivalence or approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioFunction Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its materials, including any use outside the permitted laboratory research use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when an order is placed is recorded with that order. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
